                壓面機的工作原理及操作工序

                  壓面機的工作原理:主要由左、右機體、底部連桿、頂部機箱蓋、滑動座、六方轉輪、皮帶輪、齒輪機構、槽輪機構、凸輪機構、潤滑泵、油路系統、電控部分等組成。
                 
                  該機上模沖壓工序:由電動機經過皮帶輪,帶動輸入軸,經小齒輪,齒輪,帶動上軸,通過一套凸輪機構帶動裝有上模的滑動座上下運動,實現壓瓦。工作臺的轉位是由裝于上軸端頭的齒輪組,傳動撥銷齒輪,撥動裝于六方轉輪軸上的槽輪來實現分度定位,在上軸的兩端各裝有一個與裝在同一軸上與壓制凸輪共軛的回凸輪,通過定位桿與定位盤實現下模在工作位置的定位。在左右兩側機箱內,安裝有潤滑泵,機器工作時經過,油管向各摩擦運動部位輸送潤滑油。
                 
                  壓面機操作工序:
                 
                  1、軋片工序:先將準備好在水和面攪拌均勻,在將兩軋輥調成較小間隙.(調節旋鈕旋轉一周前進1.75毫米),壓輥運轉中將濕面粉由面斗裝入兩輥夾隙內,是混合不均勻的顆粒碾平,第二便是當增大間隙,將其軋成面片,七條前的面片映在3-5毫米,用卷面卷好,放在面輥支架上。
                 
                  2、切條工序:將所要切制成面條規格的切面絲刀推入絲刀口,使絲刀傳動齒輪預計內齒輪接觸,用手轉動帶輪或有扳手動軸頭,順時針旋轉時向里推進絲刀,壓輥可轉動時證明齒輪咬合好。將壓面棍調至無間隙,然后旋鈕送回約.7-1圈,即為出條片厚1.5毫米,這時可進行切條工作。
